Eine Tourverschiebung jagt die nächste und so wird auch die Punk In Drublic Festival-Tour nicht wie geplant in diesem Sommer stattfinden können. Erste neue Termine sind Anfang September geplant. Hier wird die Tour nämlich Teil des Slam Dunk Festivals in Leeds beziehungsweise Hattfield sein.
Geplant waren fünf Deutschland-Stopps. Bislang bestätigte Bands sind NOFX, Pennywise, Face To Face, Comeback Kid, The Baboon Show, Satanic Surfers, Pulley, Days N Daze, Me First & The Gimme Gimmes, Frank Turner & The Sleeping Souls, The Bombpops und MakeWar.
Das Statement via Social Media zur Verschiebung:
„As we’re still in the midst of a global pandemic we do not see Punk In Drublic going ahead as planned in May & June 2021. We’re currently figuring out when and under which circumstances it would be safe enough to have these events happening. Until further notice from our end tickets remain valid and on sale. We will keep you posted about updates as soon as we have them.“
