Scott Middleton (Cancer Bats) legt eine Pause ein

Scott Middleton – seines Zeichens Gitarrist der kanadischen Hardcore Punk Band Cancer Bats – legt bis zum Ende des Jahres eine Pause ein und ist so im November auch auf der Deutschlandtour mit Sick Of It All und Comeback Kid nicht dabei.

Der Grund ist allerdings mehr als erfreulich: Middleton wird zum ersten Mal Vater und möchte Zeit mit seiner Familie verbringen. Ein Ersatz ist auch bereits gefunden: Vertreten wird er durch Wade MacNeil von Alexisonfire und Gallows.

Die Cancer Bats haben im April letzten Jahres ihr letztes Album „The Spark That Moves“ veröffentlicht. Im April dieses Jahres folgte der Song „Through & Through & Through“.
