Im Zuge ihrer „Sounds From The Void“-Serie haben Creeper den Klassiker „Hey Hey, My My (Into The Black)“ von Neil Young gecovert. Der folgt „Spiders In Her Hair“ von King Dude und ist der bisher zweite Teil der Reihe. „Sounds From The Void“ ist eine Sammlung an akustischen Cover-Songs. Sänger Will Gould sagt über den neuesten Zugang der Serie:
“i’ve been a fan of Neil Young for quite some time, Rust Never Sleeps is one of my favourite records and this song in particular was the inspiration for the song ‘into the black’ from our first EP.
there’s something that feels very magical about this modern day classic, it seemed appropriate with the approach of our new album to cover something that influenced our beginning.”
Kürzlich gaben Creeper bekannt, dass der Release ihres neuen Albums auf den 31. Juli verschoben wurde (News). Aus „Sex, Death & The Infinite Void“ gab es bereits die Songs „All My Friends„, „Cyanide„, „Annabelle“, „Born Cold“ und zuletzt „Be My End“ zu hören.
