Der kanadische Singer/Songwriter Eamon McGrath präsentiert im Count Your Bruises Magazine exklusiv sein neues Video zum Song „Wild Dogs Revisited“. Der Track stammt von seinem aktuellen Album „Tantramar“, das er in diesem Jahr veröffentlichte. Für das Video zeigt sich der kanadische Regisseur Parker James Thiessen verantwortlich. Im Januar und Februar nächsten Jahres kündigt er außerdem eine Europatour an, die ihn auch nach Deutschland führen wird. Alle Tourdates findet Ihr weiter unten.
Eamon McGrath zum Song:
„The Wild Dogs were a band from Edmonton I played in over ten years,“ McGrath recalls. „We were notorious in the scene for our ferocious and violent live shows, really self destructive, brutally loud. Over the years I’ve channelled the energy from my more transgressive younger years into something a little more focused on the texture of sound and music, but seeing this footage presented this way really closes the book on that period. The song is a sort of funeral, or lament, for those long-forgotten times of punk rock past.“
