Nach dem Livealbum „I Heard They KILL Live“ (Albumreview) aus dem vergangenen Jahr melden sich Ice Nine Kills nun mit der neuen Single „Hip To Be Scared“ zurück, auf der Papa Roach-Frontmann Jacoby Shaddix als Gast dabei ist. Der Track gibt einen ersten Vorgeschmack auf das neue Album „The Silver Scream 2: Welcome To Horrorwood“, das thematisch an das 2018er Album „The Silver Scream“ anknüpft. Frontmann Spencer Charnas verrät:

An welchen Horror-Klassiker der Song angelehnt ist, ist unschwer zu erraten. „American Psycho“ ist die Inspiration für den ersten Track, insgesamt 13 wird es auf dem neuen Album zu hören geben. Das erscheint pünktlich zu Halloween am 15. Oktober via Fearless Records.
