Lagwagon haben mit „Surviving California“ nach „Bubble“ (News) eine weitere Single von ihrem kommenden Album „Railer“ (News) veröffentlicht, das am 04. Oktober via Fat Wreck Chords erscheinen soll. Frontmann Joey Cape beschreibt seine zwiegespaltene Beziehung zu seiner kalifornischen Heimat:
