August Burns Red haben für den 08. Februar ihre neue EP „Phantom Sessions“ angekündigt, die insgesamt fünf Songs umfassen wird. Einer davon ist eine Coverversion von „The Legend Of Zelda“ – passend zum kultigen Videospiel. Das Instrumental-Stück könnt Ihr Euch weiter unten anhören.
Bassist Dustin Davidson, der den Song einspielte, dazu:
“For the cover, I wanted to do a mash-up of not only the original theme, but other pieces from the game as well, and since the dungeon theme flirts with the diminished scale, it just made sense to put it into a metal cover.”
